Total Demolition

Starting from scratch is sometimes the best policy. Maybe you have bought a new property and want a clean slate to build on. Maybe the existing structures would take far too much work to update. No matter your situation, our commercial demolition teams are ready to help. Let us handle all permits, structure removal, site work, and debris cleanup and recycling.

Exterior Demolition

Sometimes, businesses need a facelift. Sometimes they need to be stripped down to the concrete so they can be built back better. No matter the reason for your exterior demolition, AAA Service company will work with you to create the best results for the best price.

If you need to stay open during renovations, just ask. We will work with you to build a plan of attack. So what are you waiting for? Contact us today to get your free estimate!

Interior Demolition

The bones of your building might be in excellent shape, but that doesn’t mean the internals are. Floors get worn down and chipped away. Layouts that once seemed ideal may now get in the way of future plans and growth. Pipes, electrical, and sewage may need to be re-routed to accommodate renovations. All of this calls for interior demolition.

If you need to stay open during renovations, just ask. We will work with you to build a plan of attack. So what are you waiting for? Contact us today to get your free estimate!

Partial Demolition

Any section of a building can be fair game for a partial demolition. That could mean a couple of offices, an entire floor of a building, or a play area in a fast-food restaurant. Or maybe a deep-storage freezer out back. Demolition doesn’t always have to start with a wrecking ball and end with a hole in the ground. If you need a surgical and professional partial demolition, then you have come to the right place. Reach out to us today, and let’s see what we can get started for you!

Site Work

Preparation is a key ingredient in any commercial demolition or construction work. It pays to plan ahead, to measure twice before you cut once. If you are clearing a tract of land, prepping a vacant lot, laying new foundations, or reworking sections of existing structures, we have your back.

AAA Service Company will help you lay the groundwork for whatever comes next. We also happily rent roll-off dumpsters and construction fencing, as well as full set up for service for them. Give us a call to make your next job the smoothest you’ve ever seen.

Most of us had no idea what trust, timelines, and chaos would follow the hurricane hurricanes! We had a different contracting company lie to us and take our money and then a second company canceled midway through the process of getting permits. AAA came highly recommended to us by a luxury builder in the St. Petersburg area. We trusted his recommendation and we are so thankful that we did! Dana was … More our project administrator with AAA and she was absolutely fabulous! Her communication was clear and open making sure we were aware of the process along the way! She was super helpful in making sure that nothing was left undone so there would be no surprises. There was no sugarcoating the timeline which I appreciated because it kept expectations realistic. Professionalism and reputation go a long way anymore! You will not regret working with AAA! Don’t waste any more of your time, just give them a call! I want to add we had three different estimates and while AAA was not the least expensive, they were also not the most expensive, but they were the ones that got the job done!!

Absolutely Outstanding Experience!AAA Service Company was incredible to work with from start to finish on my home demolition after the hurricane. I was so nervous about the process, but Dean and Dana truly made everything smooth and stress-free.Dean went above and beyond — he guided me through every step, explained what to expect, and kept me updated the entire time. His professionalism, patience, … More and attention to detail made a difficult situation so much easier. Dana was equally amazing — she handled all the pre-construction work quickly and efficiently, always responding to emails right away and answering all my questions thoroughly. It’s rare to find a company that combines such expertise with genuine care for their clients. I can’t recommend AAA Service Company, Dean, and Dana highly enough. If you need demolition services done right — and with people you can actually trust — this is the team to call!

Working with AAA Service Company has been an absolute pleasure. As the owner of Carolina Site Solutions, I’ve partnered with many contractors over the years, and AAA stands out as one of the best. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, expectations were clear, and their team was professional, organized, and easy to work with. They treated us with respect, valued our time, and ensured … More every project ran smoothly. Payments were prompt, and the overall experience was truly top-tier. I highly recommend AAA Service Company and look forward to working with them again.

When the guys arrived they were polite and industrious! The foreman was professional and thorough. This job was particularly FILTHY! An old shed that was basically abandoned for 20 years. Had to get it off the property for home sale. Full of junk, bugs, vines and termites. It was literally falling down. They got it down safely and professionally. I'm very grateful for their service at a very reasonable … More cost. Clean up was great.

Great company to do business with! When I was in a bind due to an unforeseen issue and needed some work to be complete at the last minute, without hesitation they came to my rescue and got it taken care of that same day. If you are looking for a company who’s staff are consummate professionals, courteous and that will go the extra mile for their customers; you found the right one with them. I highly … More recommend.

I recently became aware of AAA Service Company for the first time when my Madeira Beach duplex was damaged beyond repair by Tropical Storm Eta. After witnessing another job they were completing, I hired them. In the proposal they provided a detail scope of work so I would know what to expect. My project was completed very efficiently and the resultant lot was graded nicely. I am so impressed by the … More professional manner AAA Service Co. completed the job. I give them an A+ for their work.

I am a contractor that has recently relocated from Michigan to Florida. One of my first projects was the demolition of a home in Dunedin, Florida. During the Procurement phase of the project, looking for a demolition contractor, AAA Services was the first and most thorough contractor to bid the project. Not only was their price the lowest, but the owner’s (Marlon) attention to detail and completeness … More of bid was of a quality much higher than the other competitors. Even before we awarded the project to AAA, Marlon was most helpful in introducing me to the Florida Construction Market and helping me wade through the local and County Building Requirements. After we awarded Marlon the project, his service, help and advice did not stop. His attention to detail was exemplary. He performed all services as contracted and left the project site in a clean professional manner. After the contract was completed, he has still assisted me with any help he can provide.I would highly recommend AAA Services and Marlon to anyone looking for a competitive price, great workmanship, and a firm that offers to help at every opportunity.Five Stars out of Five Stars

Marlon and AAA Service Company can handle all of your demolition jobs from small to large. I have worked with Marlon and AAA for over 3 years on wide variety of projects. His team did an excellent job on the 40,000 SF interior and partial exterior demolition. This project involved removing 2 extremely heavy vault doors from the former bank building to cutting through concrete slabs and beams and … More stucco removal. AAA has also done small jobs including a Mansard Roof Removal from a warehouse. You will not be disappointed in the quality, competitively priced, safe work environment that meets your schedule.

Excellent experience throughout the entire process. I hired AAA to remove a 10-Unit apartment building. They were very professional, responsive and efficient. Jaimie was very knowledgeable, reliable and a wonderful resource with whom to work. I have the highest regard for this company and the excellent service they have provided. This will be the first company I contact for future demolition service … More needs.

We had a carport/garage which was used as a storage shed. It sat on a slab and had an asphalt drive. We employed AAA to demolish the structure and take up the drive and slab. During the demolition, it was discovered there was a slab on slab situation. We reached a satisfactory increase in price. The work was completed timely and courteously. Would hire AAA again and certainly recommend them.

AAA Service is a great company to work with. They are professional, extremely responsive, and they always complete the job on time. I’ve worked with AAA on several five star occupied hotel and restaurant projects with complicated logistical requirements. They have delivered and exceeded expectations on every project. I look forward to working with AAA Services in the future.

Excellent all around, prompt response, great to work with on determining cost of the job and flexibility based on budget! Work was done quickly and clean-up was excellent. Residential demolition of a Hurricane Irma damaged wooden back porch that was about to collapse.
